Shipping Policy

We charge a flat shipping rate of Rs.80 on all orders in Delhi-NCR. For other cities, shipping rate is charged as per actuals.

Purchases are shipped from our office in Kalkaji, New Delhi through our reliable courier service. Prepaid orders are usually shipped within 24 hours to reach you within 2-3 working days in Delhi-NCR. For other cities, please allow us 4-5 working days to deliver your order.

Order deliveries will be made between Monday-Saturday.
Please sign for the goods upon delivery. If you are unavailable to sign for your delivery, ensure that you have a trusted family member, colleague, neighbor etc. to take the delivery for you. Sutatva Nature Care will not be responsible for goods signed by an unknown person.

We are not liable for damage after delivery.
Any complaints or report of damages must be reported by customer on the day of the delivery.
