Cancellation & Return

We offer a product exchange for any product that is returned to us in a saleable and undamaged condition, in its original packaging, within 7 working days of the delivery date. Please ensure you give the invoice along with the exchanged product.

To return any item, get in touch with us at We can offer a pick-up of items for exchange for customers in Delhi-NCR. However, customers in other cities will have to bear the expenses of postage and shipping return order to us.

We will be unable to offer exchange or refund on opened or used products.

All return/exchange items will be carefully scrutinized by Sutatva before processing. Damage due to negligence, improper usage or wrong application is not covered under our Exchange/Returns Policy.

Please note that each item can be exchanged only once. We do not offer Cash Refunds.
